They would make the relevant searches and inquiries that the site has potential for some form of development, make a site visit and providing that they are
satisfied we would expect to receive offers/proposals within 7-10 days based on what they think can be achieved on your property/land.
Remember: the best offer is sometimes not the best deal.

We would then meet and discuss what's been offered/proposed, we would give you any advice and recommendations that we feel may be relevant and after you
have considered your options and you have chosen a preferred company, we would would invite them to have a informal meeting with you to answer any
questions or queries you may have.
Once a deal has been negotiated and you are happy to proceed, the development company will ask you to sign a agreement on the terms you have both agreed
too, and that allows them to start the planning application.
